Spelbring Innovation Grants Application Form
We invite all projects that address community needs and/or occupational justice as well as those that are practice related. Submissions from Eastern Michigan University OT Alumni, Program faculty or students enrolled in the OT program are welcomed. Failure to complete the application in full will result in the proposal being automatically rejected. Details about how proposals are evaluated can be found on the Spelbring Innovation Grants Evaluation Criteria here. We encourage you to review the criteria before submitting your application.
